Dr Dapo Olayiwola

Dr Dapo is now offering Medical aesthetics services; this is due to his passion for aesthetics which dates back to his GP training days. He has since then obtained further training in medical aesthetics at the prestigious Harley street clinic in London United Kingdom.

Dr. Dapo Olayiwola trained as a General Practitioner in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Dapo, as he is called by his patients, is very passionate about health promotion and his approach in managing patients is holistic and patient centered ensuring patients are empowered and fully involved in their healthcare delivery.

Dr. Dapo relocated to Calgary with his wife and two sons in 2014 and initially worked in a couple of practices on the Douglasdale part of the City before eventually opening his Practice in Midnapore SE Calgary. In 2015, he was nominated as the most outstanding Family Physician in Calgary by the Alberta Health Services.

He practised for a few years in Nigeria before emigrating to the UK where he worked in various capacities in the National Health Service in the UK from 2005 to 2014.

I am a dedicated and compassionate female family physician with over two decades of experience, committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals of all ages. With a strong foundation in family medicine, I have developed a particular interest in women's health, medical cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and the care of elderly patients.

I qualified as a medical doctor 25 years ago in Nigeria, and completed specialty training in family medicine 18 years ago in the United Kingdom. I am a member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada, and a licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada.

I believe in the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with my patients. I take the time to listen attentively to their concerns, values, and goals, ensuring that their care is tailored to their unique needs. I am committed to promoting the wellbeing and dignity of my patients, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.

I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to my patients. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, where individuals feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of medicine, I enjoy observing art and nature, exploring spirituality, and expressing my creative side through music.
